Aims and objectives: Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. It targets the deep postural muscles, working by building strength from the inside out. It rebalances the body by bringing it into correct alignment.

9:30am - 10:30am (new Beginner/Intermediate class starting 4/2/19)
7:30pm - 8:30pm

Brief description: The approach is slow and controlled giving long term results. For safety reasons the class numbers will be maximum 12 people, and also to help sometimes participants with their own personal needs. Focus will be on improving posture, core muscles, strength, and pelvic floor muscles. Sometimes using a variery of small equipment. This will make sessions varied and interesting but also a fanatastic way to tone up and build strength in your core muscles and back.
